Oh the last few days they’ve been repeating the old whopper that I intend, the United Conservatives will cancel the Green Line LRT in Calgary. So let’s run through the facts on this yet again. When I was the federal minister for southern Alberta, back in spring of 2015, so 3 1/2 years ago, I actually announced a $1.53 billion federal government commitment to build the LRT Green Line.
