Process:  

7:10 a) The candidates given the opportunity to present their platform

      b) Numbers are previously drawn by candidates to determine speaking order

      c) Candidates are given 4 minutes to speak their platform  

7:40 a) Candidates asked questions from the floor

      b) Candidates are given 2 minutes to respond   

8:40 a) Candidates will be given 4 minute to summarize / wrap – up

      b) Order is reverse (IE: the first presenter will summarize last) 

9:00 Forum adjourned 

• Speaker order determined by number candidate asked
• Closing comments the reverse order of the opening comments
• Candidates are given 2 minutes to answer questions
• Questions can be asked from the floor and  / or question slips will be available.  (Non partisan person will ask the questions)
• Questions are not to be personal or biased
• 1 question per person unless time permits
• Questioners to introduce themselves
